Integrity;
Collins English Dictionary defines this as:
adherence to moral principles; honesty
the quality of being unimpaired; soundness
unity; wholeness

If you have integrity, you are honest and firm in your moral principles.

Loyalty;
Collins English Dictionary defines this as:
the state or quality of being loyal; a feeling of allegiance

Loyalty is behaviour in which you stay firm in your friendship or support for someone or something.

Virtue;
Collins English Dictionary defines this as:
the quality or practice of moral excellence or righteousness; any admirable quality, feature, or trait

Virtue is thinking and doing what is right and avoiding what is wrong.
